1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WandStore website (wand-store.com) or installing the WandStore Shopify app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WandStore is an AI-powered Shopify storefront personalization platform. Our services include:

• Marketing website: Information about WandStore and a waitlist for early access.
• Shopify app: A theme app extension that generates personalized storefront experiences for your customers using AI, based on their purchase history and profile.

3. Shopify App Terms

By installing the WandStore app on your Shopify store, you agree that:

• You authorize WandStore to access your store data (products, customers, orders) via the Shopify Admin API within the scopes you grant during installation.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the generated storefronts comply with your brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Usage is subject to the plan limits of your subscription tier. Exceeding generation limits on the Free plan will result in default (non-personalized) experiences being shown.
• You may uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin. Uninstalling will delete all WandStore data associated with your store.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by WandStore's AI is created dynamically and may vary between generations. WandStore does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Merchants are solely responsible for the content displayed on their storefronts.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Waitlist

By joining our waitlist, you consent to receive email communications about WandStore's development and launch. You may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The WandStore platform, including its software, algorithms, and branding, is the property of WandStore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated storefront content is licensed to the merchant for use on their Shopify store.

8. Limitation of Liability

WandStore provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to revenue loss due to AI-generated content, service downtime, or data loss.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
