1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the WandStore website (wand-store.com), installing the WandStore Shopify app, or connecting and using the WandStore ChatGPT app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

WandStore is an AI-powered Shopify storefront personalization platform. Our services include:

• Marketing website: Information about WandStore, documentation, and links to the Shopify App Store listing.
• Shopify app: A theme app extension that generates storefront experiences for individual customers and cohorts using AI, based on Shopify customer, order, product, and merchant-configured context.
• ChatGPT app: A ChatGPT-connected MCP interface that lets authenticated merchants inspect store data, review analytics, create and prepare campaigns, manage cohorts and experiences, and send, schedule, or launch approved campaign workflows.

3. Shopify App Terms

By installing the WandStore app on your Shopify store, you agree that:

• You authorize WandStore to access your store data (products, customers, orders) via the Shopify Admin API within the scopes you grant during installation.
• AI-generated content is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the generated storefronts comply with your brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Usage is subject to the limits of your Shopify billing plan. Exceeding generation limits on the Free plan will result in default storefront content being shown.
• You may uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin. Uninstalling will delete all WandStore data associated with your store.

4. ChatGPT App Terms

By connecting WandStore in ChatGPT, you agree that:

• You authorize WandStore to authenticate you through OAuth and provide ChatGPT with store-scoped data needed for the actions you request.
• ChatGPT can request WandStore actions through MCP tools. Some tools only read data; others can create or update campaigns, prepare AI assets, send test emails, launch or schedule campaigns, publish storefront experiences, create discounts, or sync audiences when you request those workflows.
• You are responsible for reviewing campaign copy, recipients, schedules, discounts, storefront changes, and email sends before approving any customer-facing action.
• Your use of ChatGPT and the ChatGPT app interface is also governed by OpenAI's terms and policies.
• You should not submit secrets, payment data, or other sensitive information that is not needed for a WandStore workflow.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by WandStore's AI is created dynamically and may vary between generations. WandStore does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated content. Merchants are solely responsible for the content displayed on their storefronts.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. You may cancel at any time through your Shopify admin; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Website Communications

By submitting your email through the website, you consent to receive communications about WandStore. You may unsubscribe or request removal at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The WandStore platform, including its software, algorithms, and branding, is the property of WandStore and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. AI-generated storefront content is licensed to the merchant for use on their Shopify store.

9. Limitation of Liability

WandStore provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to revenue loss due to AI-generated content, service downtime, or data loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
