  3. Verifying Setup — Step-by-step verification guide
  4. These docs — Use the search bar at the top to find relevant pages

Reach the WandStore team at support@wandstore.ai. Include the following information to help us resolve your issue quickly:

  • Your Shopify store URL (e.g., your-store.myshopify.com)
  • Description of the issue — What’s happening vs. what you expected
  • Steps to reproduce — How can we see the problem?
  • Screenshots or screen recordings — Visual evidence helps a lot
  • Browser and device — Which browser are you using? Desktop or mobile?
  • Theme name — What Shopify theme are you running?

We typically respond within one business day.

You can also reach support directly from the WandStore dashboard:

  1. Go to Apps > WandStore in your Shopify admin.
  2. Click the Help or Support link in the dashboard.

  • Steps to reproduce — Detailed steps to trigger the bug
