If you run into issues or have questions about WandStore, start with these resources:

Reach the WandStore team at support@wand-store.com.

Include:

  • Shopify store URL, such as your-store.myshopify.com
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected
  • The affected surface, widget name, or placement key
  • The experience name and version number when relevant
  • Whether the issue happens in preview mode, live mode, or both
  • Screenshots or screen recordings
  • Browser and device
  • Console errors mentioning WandStore, wand, /apps/wand/experience, or Web Pixel events
