WandStore Documentation

Welcome to the WandStore documentation. These docs cover the Shopify app, theme app blocks, Studio, audiences, analytics, billing, privacy, and troubleshooting.

WandStore is a Shopify app for generating AI-powered storefront experiences that fit inside an existing Shopify theme. Merchants add WandStore app blocks to theme surfaces, then use Studio to generate, preview, version, and publish the content that appears in those blocks.

ConceptWhat it means
SurfaceA place in the Shopify theme where WandStore can render, such as a widget block on the home page or a homepage replacement block.
WidgetA focused generated module, such as a banner, modal, promotion, upsell, recommendation, reorder prompt, or campaign block.
ExperienceA generated output for one surface, audience, and placement. Each experience can have drafts, live versions, and history.
AudienceWho should see an experience: default visitors, one customer, or a Shopify-tag cohort.
StudioThe app screen where merchants create experiences, write instructions, generate drafts, promote versions, and iterate.

TroubleshootingCommon setup, rendering, analytics, and support issues
  • Personalized widgets - Generate merchant-directed blocks that live inside existing Shopify pages.
  • Studio workflow - Create drafts, preview on the storefront, promote live, iterate from prior versions, roll back, or deactivate.
  • Theme-native styling - Analyze the live storefront so widget prompts can reuse safe theme classes, colors, typography, and component patterns.
  • Audience targeting - Generate for default visitors, a specific customer, or a cohort built from Shopify customer tags.
  • Homepage experiences - Create page-wide personalized campaigns when a single widget is not enough.
  • Performance analytics - Measure render, visibility, click, add-to-cart, checkout, order, and attributed revenue signals.
  • Privacy-first design - Use Shopify customer, order, product, audience, and store context without browsing-history tracking, payment data, or customer passwords.
