Email Provider Setup

Campaigns can send a designed marketing email to the email-eligible members of their audience. To actually deliver those emails, connect an email provider in your store settings. Until production sends are enabled, the email step runs in dry-run — WandStore builds the email but doesn’t deliver it.

Open Apps > WandStore > Settings and find the Email provider section. The provider is used during a campaign launch, after you approve the package.

FieldWhat it does
ProviderDry run (build the email but don’t send) or Klaviyo (send through Klaviyo).
Enable production sendsThe switch that turns on real delivery. It only applies when the provider is Klaviyo — with it off, sends stay in dry-run.
Klaviyo private API keyYour Klaviyo private API key, used to send.

Reply-to emailWhere replies go (optional).
ModeBehavior
Dry runThe email is generated and reviewable, and you can send yourself a test, but no email is delivered to customers at launch. Safe for setup and previews.
ProductionProvider is Klaviyo and Enable production sends is on. At launch, the campaign email is delivered to the eligible audience.

When you Prepare package, WandStore validates the email provider as part of building the campaign. If the provider isn’t ready, package preparation reports it as a blocker (Prepare blocked) so you can fix it before approving. At launch, WandStore builds the eligible recipient list and sends through the configured provider. A failed send leaves the campaign in Partial failure — live onsite, with the email problem flagged.
