Dashboard & Settings
WandStore is managed from Apps > WandStore inside Shopify admin.
Main navigation
Section titled “Main navigation”The current merchant workflow uses these app screens:
| Screen | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Store connection, active theme surfaces, live experiences, drafts, plan usage, recent activity, and surface performance. |
| Studio | Generate drafts, manage versions, preview storefront URLs, promote live versions, iterate, roll back, discard drafts, and deactivate experiences. |
| Audiences | Search customers and create cohorts from Shopify customer tags. |
| Analytics | Review rendered, visible, click, add-to-cart, checkout, order, and revenue performance. |
| Settings | Manage plan, billing usage, Shopify connection, Web Pixel status, and account-level controls. |
| Support | Contact support and open product resources. |
Dashboard
Section titled “Dashboard”Use the dashboard to answer:
- Is the Shopify store connected?
- How many active theme surfaces are available?
- How many experiences are live or still in draft?
- Is the Shopify Web Pixel active?
- How many generations remain in this billing period?
- Which surfaces have visible impressions, clicks, orders, or revenue?
The dashboard surfaces detected theme placements and existing generated experiences. If no surfaces are detected, open the theme editor, add a WandStore block, save, and refresh the app.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Use Settings to manage:
- Shopify connection - Confirm the Admin API and runtime worker are connected.
- Web Pixel - Repair the WandStore Shopify Web Pixel when analytics events are missing.
- Billing - Review generation usage and change plans.
- Plans - Free, Starter, Growth, and Scale pricing and generation limits.
- Disconnect app - Delete store configuration and pause active recommendations.
Disconnecting is destructive. It removes store configuration and can stop active generated experiences from rendering.
Theme style context
Section titled “Theme style context”WandStore keeps theme style context so generated widgets can better match the live storefront. This context can include:
- Safe theme classes
- Theme colors
- Typography signals
- Component patterns
- Tone notes
- Prompt guidance for generated widgets
Merchants do not need to manage this context during normal setup. WandStore uses it during generation, and support can help refresh it if a store changes themes and new widget versions still look off-brand.
Billing and generation limits
Section titled “Billing and generation limits”Each generated draft or regeneration consumes a generation credit.
| Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing | Monthly generations |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | Free | 5 |
| Starter | $19 / 30 days | $190/year ($38 off) | 50 |
| Growth | $49 / 30 days | $490/year ($98 off) | 120 |
| Scale | $99 / 30 days | $990/year ($198 off) | 300 |
When a plan limit is reached, generation actions are disabled or fail until the billing period resets or the merchant changes plans.
Web Pixel
Section titled “Web Pixel”The Shopify Web Pixel powers add-to-cart and checkout analytics. WandStore automatically attempts to install or update it after app authentication. If event health shows missing pixel data:
- Open Settings.
- Find Shopify Web Pixel.
- Click Repair.
- Test a fresh add-to-cart or checkout event.
